Steve Woodier (pupil 1965-72)
I haven't been to Woolton for over 30 years, but remember my time at the school as being a happy one.
My memory isn't as good as Tony Salmon, but I remember quite a scandal when two members of staff were spotted cavorting on the roof of the staffroom.
I can also remember being quite an expert at firing those lethal hawthorns (the bush was at the head of the playground) with the aid of an elastic band and a keen eye.
And how can I forget that lovely purple blancmange that was served up at lunchtimes?
Unfortunately at the moment I only remember 2 names from my class; Gary Smith and Judith Kelly.
